11. Freshness Guarantee

We guarantee that all fruits are fresh at the time of delivery. If you receive damaged, spoiled, or not-fresh fruits, please contact us within 2 hours with photos. We will replace the fruits or issue a full refund immediately.

12. Delivery Terms

Delivery timings and availability depend on your location and order timing. We will provide estimated delivery windows at checkout. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will communicate with you immediately.
